On June 17, 2014 the Essex County Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. in the Essex School Board Office and County Complex. The purpose of this meeting is to hear a Rezoning Request by the Tappahannock Essex County Airport Authority, to rezone 24 acres of the Airport Property from A-2 Agriculture to M-2 Light Industrial. Also at this meeting the Planning Commission will review the updated Comprehensive Plan. The public is invited to this meeting.
